Peanut Butter Balls
A super easy delicious snack from my dear friend and IOY student, Kae Kindle
1 cup uncooked oats
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
